HEADACHE and NECK PAIN
This is the large & broad muscle, running up each side of the back of your neck, which (together with the neighboring Splenius Cervicis) works to rotate your head & neck and help lift your head. In everyday life you use this muscle a lot, looking up, turning your head to the side, looking behind, etc.
Very often, problems with the SPLENIUS CAPITIS (and its companion muscles"*" on the back, side & front of the neck) can cause headache & neck pain. Come to see me for help to balance & activate your neck muscles for optimal cervical alignment, range of motion & head posture.
